This time it's all about glamour.
Young
designers use custom stencils to trace and cut out fashions. The
instructional emphasis is on combining shapes to make elaborate couture
gowns, red-carpet-ready ensembles,and formal frocks.
The possible
combinations of paper, stencil shapes, and embellishments are limitless
... which is a good thing because when it comes to glamour, too much
is never enough!
